For Aapo, the magic of Lapland has been part of life since the very beginning. At just two years old, he sat in a reindeer sleigh gliding through the Lapland wilderness — maybe the moment that sparked a lifelong bond with the Arctic. Growing up among the forests, fells, and traditions of the North, he developed a deep connection to its landscapes, culture, and adventures.

 

Since 2010, he has been guiding guests through Lapland’s most breathtaking landscapes. With over eight years of professional design experƟse, he crafts journeys that seamlessly blend authenticity with refined experiences. In 2019, he founded his first company dedicated to bespoke guided adventures and tailored packages — a vision that has since grown into Lapland Legacy Ltd.
